Play Fetch is a blog all about dogs, with a huge emphasis on helping rehome dogs, help out rescue centres and generally raise some cash for needy dog related causes.
Over the coming weeks, months and years we will add some informative and probably humerous posts to the website ranging from essential training techniques to the bizarre things people get up to with their dogs.
We are also talking to many active rehoming centres to list their dogs on the website and help them to find homes. We also aim to provide free advertising to dog centres, other advertising will be paid for, the revenue of which will go to selected dog causes.

I have just found your website and I am really excited about it because it has a lot in common with my own newly-launched site ‘Paws Around Berkshire’ which is for both dog and cat lovers in and around the Berkshire area. I hope we can link up and maybe help each other to reach even more like-minded people out there!
What I particularly like about ‘Play Fetch’ is your emphasis on rehoming stray dogs and helping worthy causes, both topics close to my own heart. I have been trying to work out how long you have been running now and if you have published any specific success stories – it would be great to read about those.

Play Fetch was launched in December 2010 so hasn’t been around for long but the readership is increasing about 100% each month so hopefully it proves to be help for someone. We are working towards getting a huge regularly updated list of dogs needing homes very soon compiled from various sources so keep looking back for those.
I discovered your blog last week and started follow your posts religiously. I have not commented on any blog just yet but I was thinking I would love to. It’s really exciting to actually contribute to a article even if it’s only a blog. I really don’t know exactly what to write other than I really enjoyed reading through 2 of the articles.
